AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Manuscripts  should be novel and may not be under consideration for any other conference or publication at the time of submission.

ABSTRACT :
Abstracts should  have the title of the paper, name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s), and keywords (3-6 keywords). The abstract including the keywords and affiliations should not exceed one page.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION:
Conference do not have any limit for full paper pages, however later at the time of publication in journal, if required by journal rules and regulations author may be requested to follow the conditions imposed by journal policy.

1. Sample paper should contain the following sections :

Abstract:   One page with all affiliations and keywords
Introduction: Introduce study concept, major theoretical and empirical gap and contribution by this study, importance and implications for practice.
Literature Review: A thorough synthesis of the past and current literature backing the study hypotheses and leading towards propositions.
Methodology:  Clear and concise elaboration of the method applied and the steps taken to ensure the reliability and validity of used methodology. Explain the sample and target population with justifications.
Results: Clear and comprehensive presentation of results in view of proposed hypotheses.
Discussion & Conclusion:  Discuss the strengths and contribution of research to theory and practice. Limitations and future research directions with conclusion.
Acknowledgements (when appropriate)
References:
APA style is recommended (Use of Endnote appreciated)
Appendices (when appropriate)

2. Formatting Guidelines:
   Follow all instructions provided in APA 6 manual for formatting of papers.

Proceeding Publication
All papers / abstracts accepted for presentation in this conference will be Blind Peer Reviewed and will be published in the conference abstract book of proceeding with an ISBN: 978-969-683-924-8 in a soft form.

Publication Opportunity in Conference Associated Journals
All papers of the conference will also be reviewed jointly by Academic Fora Review Panel and respective Journals reviewing teams. All the selected authors will be offered for publication in ISI / Scopus indexed associated journals subject to the compliance with journals guidelines, terms and conditions.

According to plagiarism policy of BESSH-2018 all full papers considered for proceeding publication will go through plagiarism check using “TURNITIN” software and acceptable level of similarity index is 20%.  Irrespective of initial abstract acceptance, full papers with more than 20% similarity indexed will not be published in online full paper proceeding. All authors are deemed to be individually and collectively responsible for the content of papers published by BESSH-2018. Hence, it is the responsibility of each author to ensure that papers submitted to BESSH-2018 should comply with the ethical standards with respect to plagiarism.
